William S. "Scott" Ottinger, age 60 of Chippewa Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at home.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.
