Victoria Lynn Dubuque

Sep 24, 1962 — Oct 27, 2026

Victoria Lynn Dubuque (née Engeman), age 64, of Menomonie, Wisconsin, passed away on October 27, 2026.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on September 24, 1962, Victoria was the daughter of the late Terry Engeman and Dinah Miller. She grew up in the local area and graduated from Boyceville High School, where a majority of her close family still lives today.

After living on the East Coast, she eventually made her home in Menomonie, where she built a life centered around family, creativity, and vibrant style. Victoria was a "glitzy" woman and a talented decorator, turning spaces into beautiful reflections of her bright personality. Known for her love of shopping-especially her passion for collecting shoes-she approached life with fun and elegance. Before she was unable to work, Victoria's favorite profession was a cosmetologist, this allowed her to interact with people and put her creativity to use. Above all else, Victoria's greatest joy was her family, and she cherished every moment spent playing with her grandchildren and laughing at family functions.

She is survived by her loving children, Dustyn Dubuque (Martha) and Kayce Kurschner (Mike); her grandchildren, Kaden Kurschner, Paxton and Oaklynn Dubuque; her brother, Eric Engeman (Terra); and her mother-in-law, Karen Engeman; her aunt, Sheila Hegeman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Terry Engeman and Dinah Miller.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 30, 2027, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Russell J. Rassbach Heritage Museum, located at 1820 John Russell Road, Menomonie, WI 54751.
