TéAhna “Téya” J. Madison, 4, of Eau Claire passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 at her home in the loving arms of her family.
She was born on December 2, 2013 to parents Toby and Jayna in Marshfield, WI. Téya is love. She had the softest skin, the deepest brown eyes, the most precious full lips, the softest feather-like curls, little button nose, and the most infectious smile. (Her toenails were always painted too.)
This little girl had unbelievable strength which was gifted to everyone she came in contact with. Whether it was Téya's sweet baby innocence, or the struggle in her journey, you immediately felt an emotional attachment that bonded you forever. Her mission in life was to bring love to all of us, and bring us all together.
Her forever love is her family and Elmo. Besides Téya's mom and family, Elmo visited Téya everyday through videos. She spent hours on end watching him on her iPad and her phone.
Love is Téya.
Téya is survived by her father Toby Madison; mother Jayna Wright; siblings Loyal, Ciara, Toriahna, Deonte, Tatiana, Tylarion, and Kayden; grandparents George & Brenda Wright; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her great grandparents and friends she has made with her cancer journey.
In honor of Téya and Elmo, dress in red on Thursday and Friday.
