Sharon "Sherry" M. Farley, age 81 of Eau Claire, passed away with her husband and caretaker by her side on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. She was born on November 2, 1944 in Ladysmith to the late Gordon and Pearl Christman.
She graduated from Ladysmith High School and married Dale Farley. Sharon was an avid golfer and enjoyed going to PGA tournaments with Dale. She was a long-time member of Saving Grace Lutheran Church, worked in the office and was a member of the women's crafting group.
Sharon was a teacher's aide in many of the Eau Claire area schools, worked at as a secretary for the owner of McDonalds. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother and enjoyed her grandkids and great-grandkids.
Survivors include her husband Dale of over 60 years; sons: Todd, Terry (Suzanne) and Troy; grandchildren: Ryan, Chris and Callie Stoutland; great-grandchildren: Greyson, Asher, Maverick and Lilah Farley and Emmett and Jack Stoutland; brother Scott (Pat) Christman; sisters Gwen (Jim) Effertz and Roxi (Jeff) Anderson; and many nieces, nephews and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and an infant son.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Saving Grace Lutheran Church, 3735 Jeffers Rd, Eau Claire with Pastor Dan Doran officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.
