Robert “Bob” Filipiak, age 78, of Stanley, born to Frank and Anna Filipiak on January 16, 1943, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at home.
Bob was a farmer and a mechanic, but his true passion was as a concertina player who enjoyed playing polka music. He was an active member of the Central Wisconsin Concertina Club.
A small memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at St. Mary’s Polish National Catholic Church, N1253 West St., Thorp, WI. Visitation will be held from 9:15 a.m. until time of service.
