Patricia Ann Madsen (Hayduk), Age 78, of Fall Creek, WI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 in her room at Dove Healthcare in Osseo, WI.
Pat was born August 1st, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of John Hayduk and June (Horn) Hayduk. She had two loving sisters Bonny and Heidi.
Pat married Len Madsen on August 7th, 1971, in Milwaukee and had one Son, Dave.
Pat worked for the School District of Augusta for nearly thirty years. She taught many subjects, including Reading, English, Science, was the Elementary School Librarian for a few years, and of course, Mathematics. This love of helping students learn Mathematics led to her being elected President of the Wisconsin Math Council in 2000.
Pat was a member of St. James Trinity Lutheran Church in Fall Creek, and for a few years served as the Luther League Advisor. She also volunteered for The Boy Scouts of America, Ducks Unlimited, and American Legion Auxiliary.
Pat was always very artistic and enjoyed painting, quilting, and knitting. She also loved playing board games, word games, completing jigsaw puzzles, card games, and spending time with her two grandsons Josh & Nick.
Preceding Pat in death are her husband, Len Madsen; parents, John Hayduk and June Hayduk.
Remembering Pat's memory are son, Dave and his wife Marisa; grandchildren, Josh and Nick; sisters, Bonny Shkiele, and Heidi (and husband Tom) Walloch; many nieces and nephews; her "partners in crime" Gwen Hoekstra, and Annette Skrukrud, and all of the other family and friends in her life.
A Visitation will be held Sunday January 11th at 1:00PM at Stokes, Prock, & Mundt Funeral Chapel, with a Celebration of Pat's Life following at 2:00PM.
In lieu of any gifts of flowers, Pat would have preferred a donation in her memory to be directed to either The Fall Creek Public Library and/or the American Legion Auxiliary Fall Creek, Unit 376.
