Mildred Ann Tischmann

Mildred "Millie" Ann Reuden Tischmann, age 83, of Altoona, passed away in Cadott on Friday September 4, 2026.

Millie was born on September 17, 1943 to Antone and Lorriane (Klossig) Reiden. She was the eldest child of eight. After graduating from Memorial High School in 1962, she married Donavan Tischmann. They were married on June 15, 1962 and raised three wonderful children together, Donna, Donavan and Dewey.

She had many interests and hobbies including; flowers, needlework, all puzzles, cooking, baking, and several varieties of music. Millie enjoyed dancing until she couldn't any longer. Her faith was strong and an important part of her life.

Millie is survived by her daughter, Donna (Jeff) Green; four grandchildren, Candice (Luke) Gross, James (Karen) Green, Teresa Woodford, and Casey (Lora) Green; six great-grandchildren, Shawn, Jasmine, Dylan, Serena, Ellie and William; and one sister Lorea Manthe.

She is preceded in death by her husband Donavan; two sons, Donavan and Dewey; her parents; three brothers; and three sisters.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 30 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. with a Jehovah Witness service at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Richard "Rich" Golish. A private burial will take place at a later date at Forest Hill Cemetery in Knapp, WI.
