Michael W. Phillips, age 72 of Fall Creek, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

A celebration of life will be at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, January 30, 2026 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
