Mary Pichler

Mary S. Pichler, age 56 of Eau Claire, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 2, 2026. She was born in Eau Claire on February 1, 1969 to Kenneth and Rose Pichler.

Mary loved her cats, especially Sonny. She enjoyed the beauty of flowers and watching the birds, deer and squirrels. A few of her favorite things were treasures hunting, making jewelry, soap, lip balm and bath bombs.

She will be remembered for her selfless acts of kindness.

Survivors are her mother, Rosalinda Prince; sister Connie (Steve) Sarauer; brother John (Tammy); nieces: Kayla (Nick) Hable and their family Grace and Graham, Amanda (Jedd) Bohl and their family Adalyn and Millie, Montana, Ali and her family Aeri and Atlas; and nephew Nic.

Preceded in death by her father Kenneth, grandparents Adolph and Rose Pichler and grandmother Rosemary Olson.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona with Chaplin Myron Olson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Private burial will be in the Osseo Cemetery.
