Linda Myers (Norton), 74, of Fall Creek, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, at Dove Healthcare West in Eau Claire, WI. Linda was born on May 28, 1951, in Rochester, Minnesota, to the late Connie and Virgil Norton. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1969.
On March 13, 1971, Linda married her beloved husband, Max Myers. Together, they built a beautiful life, centered around their family. Linda was known for being a great and loving mother and wife, and she cherished the annual family tradition of gathering at Trails End Resort in Hayward.
Linda had a deep love for nature, especially birds, with robins and cardinals holding a special place in her heart. Her loved ones will carry on her tradition of the annual game of who sees the first robin of the spring, and will surely think of her every time they spot one of her favorite bright feathered friends.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Linda's greatest joy was her family, especially her nine grandchildren, who brought endless light into her life. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Max Myers, and their children:
● Brandon Myers of Menomonie, WI, and his girlfriend, Lisa, of Woodbury, MN
● Joe Myers and his wife, Kirsten, of Fall Creek, WI
● Brett Myers and his wife, Amber, of Eau Claire, WI
She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Rachel Myers (the wife of her late son, Jason); her nine beloved grandchildren; her brothers, Terry Norton and his wife, Wendy, and Steve Norton and his wife, Louisa; and her sister, Romelle Norton Smrcka. She is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Connie and Virgil Norton, and her cherished son, Jason Myers.
