Leanne Young-Brunner

Leanne S. Young-Brunner, age 69 of Rice Lake, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025 in Eau Claire. She was born on September 1, 1956 in Oconomowoc, WI to the late William and Salome Young.

She was a waitress and a dang good one at that! Leanne loved spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting and making quilts. Leanne enjoyed baking, especially cookies during the Christmas Holidays. She had a very creative mind and enjoyed making magnets out of just about anything.

Survivors include her husband TJ; son Jaden (Amber) Ebert; daughter Jessica Hornaday; grandchildren: Ava, Alena, Alex, Gannon, Ryker and Tara Joy; brothers Perry Young, Ted Young and Dwayne (Lisa) Young; and sister Christine (Lee) Willert. She is further survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
