Kalli May Rud

Kalli May Rud (Maxey) "Pook", age 38 formerly of Chippewa Falls, passed away on Sunday June 14, 2026.

Kalli was born in Tomah, WI on October 29, 1987 to Rita and John Maxey. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 2006.

Kalli married Aaron Rud on April 16 2021. They were married 5 years.

Kalli was a one-of-a-kind personality that had the ability to light up a room with her presence. She loved the simple and the complex parts of life. Everything from singing and dancing to crafts and even upgrading sound systems to make the walls shake with any song that comes on. She was a social butterfly that could make friends with anyone. Her nonjudgemental approach to life made her a special person to many people. Most importantly, Kalli loved her children. She had a natural maternal ability that was often on display. Her fun and loving personality will be dearly missed by many.

Kalli is survived by her Husband Aaron; 4 children Brook Garrett, Oliver Huebner, Pneuma and Charlie Rud; mother Rita (Greg) Oroc; brother Kyler (Aleya) Maxey; Grandpa Walders; Grandma Sue; Grandma Maxey; uncle Ron; brother-in-law Mike (Amanda) Rud; sister-in-law Kelly (James) Albrecht; nieces and nephews Malachi, Lola, Cooper and Eloise; mother-in-law Ann Rud; father-in-law Pete Rud and many other family members, and dear friends.

Kalli is preceded in death by her father John Maxey.

A celebration of Kalli's life will be held from 11 A.M. until 2 P.M. at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Pastor David Solberg will be presiding over a brief service at 1:15 P.M.
