Judith Holm

Judith A. Holm, age 77 of Chippewa Falls went to be with her Savior on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at the Marshfield Hospital in Marshfield, WI. Judy was born on March 20, 1948 to her parents, Louis and Olive VanCamp.

She graduated from Chi-Hi, then married the love of her life, Steven Holm in 1969. Judy and Steve started foster caring for individuals with disabilities in the early 1970's. She continued this loving act until the day she crossed over. Through this, they touched countless lives.

Judy was selfless and caring. Because of her deep and abiding love for the Lord, even on vacation, she would seek out church services. Throughout her life, she continued to put others first. She loved to travel with her children and grandchildren. Her favorite trip took her to the Holy Land.

She is survived by her children, Allen (Celena), Pete (Darla) and Mike Holm; her grandchildren Jamie, Molly & Carter; also her buddies Mike, Paul & Bob; her brother Bob (Pam) along with many friends and loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis & Olive VanCamp; her husband, Steve; and grandchild, Joshua, her sister Joann and her brother Jim.

There will be no services per Judy's wishes. Just take care of the ones you love in her memory.

Psalms 116:15 says, "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." That verse can be puzzling. How can death be precious? An earthly vessel whose body was wearing out, now is healthy and whole. Running to Jesus in heaven; dancing with Steve on the streets of gold; and sailing across the Jordan River with Josh. How precious is Judy in the sight of the Lord right now? Pretty precious. Pretty spectacular. Pretty amazing.
