John Luke Beranek

John Luke Beranek, 59, of Wausau, WI, passed away at home on 7/7/2026.

John was born on July 7th, 1967 at Wausau Memorial Hospital, Wausau, WI.

He loved nature, animals, and helping others. His favorite hobby was doing artwork, wood burning, and drawing wildlife. His favorite animals were eagles and wolves.

John is survived by two brothers; Scott (Barb) Beranek, Wausau, WI and James (Tammy) Beranek, Wausau, WI and his two sisters; Ruth (Roger) Beranek-Templin, New Germany, MN and Laurie Schmitz, Cedar Park, TX as well as many nieces and nephews.

John is preceded in death by his parents; Douglas and Laura Beranek and Brothers; Gregory, William, and Dean Beranek.

Per John's wishes there will be no Service of any kind. Please honor John's memory by sharing a simple act of kindness. He would have wanted his kindness to live on through others.
