Jeffrey James Klement

Apr 23, 2021 — Aug 9, 2026

Jeffrey James Klement, also known as JJ, age 5, sadly passed away on August 9, 2026. Jeffrey was born and welcomed in with loving arms on April 23, 2021, in Eau Claire, WI to Josie Fitch and Tyson Klement at Sacred Heart Hospital. From the moment he was brought home, he was nothing short of a blessing and joy to those all around him.

Jeffrey was full of energy and light from the very beginning and never failed to put a smile on everyone's face he came across. Jeffrey was very social and would say 'hello' to complete strangers. He could go to a playground and easily play with kids he didn't know. Jeffrey loved his super heroes, especially Spiderman. From early toddlerhood Jeffrey had a love to be outside and watching his dad work on stuff in the garage, tinker with tools, and especially drive by his work sites to see all the stuff he was building. He also enjoyed helping his Papa Jim in the garage, asking endless questions, touching stuff he shouldn't be touching, and never failing to miss a ride on the lawn mower or lawn tractor. If he wasn't outside with Papa Jim, he was with grandma Denise playing outside or inside playing with his toys of which he had many. Many fun weekends were had up north at "Mimi" and "Papas" as he went fishing, fed the chipmunks, walks, kayaking, boating, beach days and much more. His mom shared her love of 70's/80's music with Jeffrey which they came to bond over very quickly as his favorite artist was Wang Chung. As Jeffrey was emerging from toddlerhood into a young boy, he attended AKF Martial Arts for one year earning multiple color belts that he was very proud of. Jeffrey was also attending swimming lessons downtown at the YMCA where he was excelling with his love for water. Jeffrey attended 4k at Redeemer Lutheran Church where he was learning and making new friends and graduated this past spring. He was excited to start kindergarten this fall. In February of 2025 our family welcomed a little brother, and Jeffrey was very excited to take on that roll of "Big Brother". Jeffrey was proud of many things, like his name. When he introduced himself, it was his full name "Jeffrey James Klement" and he wore it proudly. Jeffrey was full of life, love, and curiosity and was ready to take on each day as it came. Upon his passing, Jeffrey became a super hero and donated his organs to 5 people in need.

Jeffrey is survived and will be deeply missed by his parents, Josie Fitch and Tyson Klement, brother Leon; his grandparents, Jim and Denise Fitch, Jim and Jesse Klement; great- grandparents, Jerry and Deb Roth, Dennis and Andi Klement; great-great-grandparent Fran Aldrich; Uncle Tyler and Auntie Audrey; Auntie Paige and Logan; Uncle Gregg and Aunt Trudy; Uncle Chris and Aunt Toni; and other aunts and uncles and cousins. Jeffrey will be deeply missed as well by others who knew him.
