Jack Lawler

Jack Thomas Lawler, 73, of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly at Marshfield Hospital, Eau Claire, on Monday, November 17th surrounded by family.

Jack is now at peace, joyfully reunited in heaven with the love of his life, Lucy, who preceded him in death.

Jack was born April 11th 1952, in Superior, Wisconsin to his parents Gerald and Violet Lawler.

Jack graduated from St. Croix High School, Solon Springs, Wisconsin in 1970.

Jack married Lucy Bresina on November 14,1970 at Presbyterian Church, Bennett, Wisconsin. Jack was married to his high school sweetheart for 54 years. They raised their three daughters in the Solon Springs, Wisconsin area for 15 years, then moved their family to Altoona, Wisconsin where they adopted their son and lived for 16 years before they moved to Chippewa Falls.

Jack loved the outdoors and has always been an avid hunter and fisherman his whole life. He also loved watching baseball and football and never missed a Packer game. His face lit up every time he saw his grandkids and great grandkids, they were his true joy.

Remaining to cherish Jack's memory are his children Bobbi Jo (Dan) Wagner of Chippewa Falls, Kimberly (Chad) Halvorson of Colfax, Amy (Mike) Belden of Altoona and Casey Lawler of Chippewa Falls. His grandchildren Brittany (Josh) Canfield, Jack (Shylo) Halvorson, Katie (Austin) Thompson, Deana Holtet, Zavon Belden, Jeremia Belden and Nova Belden and seven great-grandchildren, Aria, Oaklynn, Carsyn, Bea, Chad, Rosalee and Hendrix. His sisters Lori (Dave) Bjerklein and Vivian Ormston.

Preceding Jack in death is his wife Lucy, his parents Gerald and Violet Lawler, his brothers, David Lawler and Troy Lawler and sister Roxanne Miller.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 29th, 10am to 11am with a Celebration of Life following at Lifespring Fellowship Church, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Lunch will be served.

Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona is assisting the family.
