1925 - 2026

Born Dolores Evelyn Adams in Chicago IL January 25, 1925 Received into Gods' loving arms July 3, 2026 at 101 years of age in Eau Claire WI.

Born in Chicago, Dee, moved at an early age to a family farm in Wisconsin with her aunt and seven cousins. At 15 she moved back to Chicago with her mother, spending some time in a boarding school. At 19 on a blind date at a New Years Eve party, she met the love of her life, Pat. During their near 50 years together, they lived in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Dee has always been known as a very kind, loving, and welcoming soul. Whenever family gathered, notable memories were always made. Laughter and good food filled her home for family, friends, and even strangers that didn't have a place to go. Dee has given all of us many memories to hold onto, and a feeling of what true love feels like when given from the heart.

We now send you on your journey to God with wind beneath your wings, and the reflection of love you have always shown us.

Preceded in death by: Husband Patrick O., Mother Clara, Son Patrick N.

Survived by children: daughter Kathleen & Partner Richard, daughter Susie, daughter-in-law Nancy; grandchildren: Michelle & George, Krista & Billy, Erik, Megan & Jeff, Kevin & Charissa, Bradley & Elsa, Amanda & Manson, and Earl; great-grandchildren: Adam, Cole, Austin, Wyatt, Layla, Issac, Danielle & Quinn, Charlotte, James, Alfred, Brycelynn, Edith, and Lincoln.

A celebration of Dee's life will be held in September. Time and date to be announced. Burial will take place in October at Rest Haven Cemetery, Eau Claire.

Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona is assisting the family.
