Diane Schamens

Diane "Sis - Sissy Pants" Schamens passed away at home Wednesday, July 23rd surrounded by her loving family. Diane was born May 21st 1964 to David and Shirley Flynn. She graduated from Regis High School in 1982.

She married Daniel Schamens in 1985, her high school sweetheart. The two later divorced.

She met Tim (Spag) Spagnoletti in 2000 and spent her remaining years together.

Diane loved her four-legged kids more than life itself. Lily Lacy and Judy were her girls at the end and very loved and spoiled. She treated them like little people and that's what they were to her. She loved her crafting and gardening, and her flowers.

Sis had a knack to make others laugh with her quick wit and amazing sense of humor. She was known to always help anyone in need. She would give the shirt off her back if she thought they needed it. Her nieces and nephews were her whole world.

Diane is survived by her mother Shirley Flynn; her siblings: Dave (Jonalyn), Jack, Cheri, Casey (Tracy), Vicki (Tim) and William. Many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews, all of whom hold a very special place in her heart. She was always the fun loving crazy aunt with some mischief up her sleeve.

She is preceded in death by her father Dave and a baby sister.

A celebration of life will be on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Elk's Lodge 402, 3411 Stein Blvd, Eau Claire from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
