Dennis Arndt

August 29, 1952 — April 6, 2025

Denny Arndt, "Arndtsen", age 72, passed away peacefully April 6, 2025. He left this world surrounded by his family and their love. He battled unwavering thru his medical issues with dignity, and resilience.

On August 29, 1952, Denny was born to Robert and Rose (Bata) Arndt. As a lifelong resident of Weyerhaeuser, Denny participated in many sports, local festivals, and events. Those of you who competed with or against, who fished, hunted, or were brave enough to dance a polka with, know he always gave it his all! He truly enjoyed out smarting lip locked bluegills, and observing wildlife thru their seasons. He was a true Wisconsinite fan enjoying Packers, Badgers, Brewers games!

In his early career, he spliced and install telephone cable across WI. As a carpenter, he built many homes in the area, specializing in building log homes in the later years of his career. He took great pride in his cooking, growing gardens, picking wild berries/mushrooms, and more importantly sharing those fresh vegetables, fruits, recipes, and spending time with his family, friends and his faithful four legged companion, Trigger.

Den married the love of his life, Carol Lynn Styczynski on November 10, 1985. He will be dearly missed by his wife, his son Dave (Alisha) Arndt, his three granddaughters Ava, Lucie, and Ellie, his dog Trigger and his two very close friends Tom and Norm. He is also survived by his brother Norm (Joyce) Arndt, sister Donna Ames, brother in-law Steve (JoAnne) Styczynski, nieces and nephews.

Denny was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Robert and Dave, sister Pat, step-dad Don Miller, and in-laws Ed and Florence Styczynski.

There will be a celebration of Life as Denny would have wanted later this year.
