Delores Kuehn

DeLores L. Kuehn, 96, formerly of Fall Creek, passed away on February 24, 2025 at Oak Gardens Place in Altoona.

DeLores was born in the Town of Seymour on February 1, 1929. She graduated from Fall Creek High School in 1947, and continued some education at the vocational school in Eau Claire.

DeLores was married to Milton Kuehn on September 30, 1950. They lived in the town of Lincoln, til 1974, then they moved to Fall Creek Wisconsin.

DeLores worked in the office of the United States Rubber Company for 3 years and was a book keeper for Kuehn Electric. She was on the board of directors, secretary, and vice president of Western Wisconsin Health Systems, board of directors of Eau Claire County Visiting Nurse Association served as treasure and a board of directors for Fall Creek Valley Nursing Home for 18 years. DeLores was also actively involved in St. Paul Lutheran Church Fall Creek, and The Ladies aid.

DeLores is survived by son: Tom (Berta) Kuehn; brother Ray Maik; sister Janice (John) Kaeding; many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Milton Kuehn, parents: Erhardt Maik Sophie Knudtson, brother Bill (Elmira) Maik; and sister-in-law Phyllis Maik

The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on March 10, 2025 with Rev. Brendan G. Harris of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Fall Creek. Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. Burial will follow the funeral at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery Fall Creek, Wisconsin.
