Carly Rose Belding

July 18, 1997 — April 2, 2026

Carly Belding, 28, passed away far too soon in early April.

Carly spent much of her life between Kenosha, Altoona, Eau Claire, and Rice Lake, building connections and leaving lasting impressions wherever she went. Her free spirit and bold personality shined through her love of music and her ever-changing playlists, ranging from country favorites like Kenny Chesney to hip hop and beyond, along with her unique style, including tattoos and piercings that told her story without words.

She loved being on the water and found joy in swimming, camping, and jet skiing, anywhere she could soak up the sun, laugh freely, and make memories with the people she loved.

From a young age, Carly had a passion for dance, especially hip hop, which later grew into her love for creating TikToks and sharing her life and energy on social media. She put her own spin on everything, turning ordinary moments into something unforgettable.

She had a deep love for her dogs, Blossom and Luna, who were not just pets but her whole world. Carly's home revolved around them, filled with over-the-top love, treats, and attention. They were spoiled and lived like royalty.

Carly was always on the go, full of energy and a big personality that could light up any room. Wherever she went, she added her own spark and made sure nothing was ever boring. She was funny, with a contagious laugh that others couldn't help but join in. Thoughtful and genuine, she had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and included. She believed in her faith and carried it with her as a quiet strength.

It's hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember. Her laughter, her spirit, and the way she lived fully and unapologetically will stay with all who knew her. In Carly's words, "Love You Bye!"

She leaves behind a family who loved her deeply, including her mother, Sherry Pospisil of Kenosha; her father, Scott Belding (Kelly) of Rice Lake; her sister Peyton; her grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends who will continue to carry her memory forward.

In tribute to Carly, the family invites you to plant a tree or flowers, creating something that will grow stronger over time in her honor.

A gathering of love and remembrance of her vibrant life and beautiful spirit will be held on Saturday, May 16th from 1-3 p.m. at River Prairie Park, Pavilion C, in Altoona, WI.

Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona is assisting the family. Online condolences may be shared at www.cremationsociety-wi.com.
