Barbara Ann Wise Stewart

June 6, 1950-March 31, 2025

Our dear wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully in her home in Eau Claire at the age of 74. She was born to Howard and Lois Wise in Viroqua, and shared her growing-up years with brother, Bob, and sister, Debbie.

She reminisced often of those years in Viroqua, and shared stories of the neighborhood friends, the swimming pool, the skating rink, the Temple Theater, the Dairy Bar, and on and on-special memories for her.

She found her "heart" in Eau Claire-Dennis Stewart, and for nearly 56 years they camped, traveled, raised their family Tricia, James (Danielle) and Melissa. She also spent nearly 16 years loving and enjoying their dear granddaughter, Keira Ann-the bright spot in their lives. Their son, Jim, and daughter-in-law, Dani planned trips, holiday meals, and camping weekends for many years-great memories!

Loved ones gone before, daughter, Tricia; parents, Howard and Lois; sister, Debbie; nephew, Tyler Wise; sister-in-law, Pat Ehlinger.

A celebration of life will be held from 11 A.M until 2 P.M. on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Pkwy Altoona, WI.
